With a world circuit series program, the client wanted to make a difference on the conference in Beijing through the social and special events.

Solution

With a full fledged team of designers, we conceptualised and created two events that led to what was touted as the ‘best so far’ by the delegates.

From the awe inspiring welcome reception on the Great Wall with a complete light and sound show and a gala dinner in the Tai Miao – The temple within the forbidden city with full fledged entertainment for 750 people, we pulled through a series of successful firsts. Especially so with the ‘Tai Miao’ where until today, we have been the first ever to be permitted to do a dining event inside the hall.

The Event

Having looked at the past destinations and events, we worked in close partnership with the client to design the ‘moment’. As the venue was of utmost importance, we worked with the government and several stages of bureaucracy to get the venues and do the event as we wanted- something never before attempted.
