Objectives

The client required services for a program in Sabah from concept to delivery. Especially important was to capitalize on the destination and venues for a program that would encourage networking and relationship building.

Solution

An innovative approach that took the theme of back to basics had guests of this meeting out in the natural landscapes as much as possible.

Taking advantage of the natural landscapes, wildlife and ocean, guests had the opportunity to experience the various aspects of the land, bringing an interesting contrast and variety to the meeting component.

What added to the to the dynamism of the program was how we incorporated the natural landscape & activities into the actual meeting, with outdoor themed breaks, team strategies through biking trips to culinary sessions, in addition to island retreats and dinners.

Result

East West played a major role in ensuring that the program met the client’s objectives of a unique, interesting and refreshing program. In creatively incorporating the natural elements into the meeting, attendees were given the opportunity to experience the local culture and landscape making for a more interesting and productive session.
